Train journey to Venice – in the floating city

Experience Venice, the famous city of canals, historic squares and romantic atmosphere, on this 6-day train journey. Travel comfortably from Denmark by overnight train via Hamburg and Innsbruck. Along the way, you enjoy spectacular views of the Alps. In Venice, you have three days to explore the unique charm of the city. Afterwards, you return home via Basel and Hamburg.

The journey begins by train from Denmark to Hamburg. Here, you change to the overnight train to Innsbruck. After a relaxing night, you wake up to stunning alpine landscapes. Then, you continue through the scenic Brenner Pass towards Venice.

In Venice, you have three days to explore the highlights of the city. Visit St. Mark’s Square and St. Mark’s Basilica. Walk across the Rialto Bridge and enjoy a gondola ride through the canals. In addition, the narrow streets lead to hidden squares, cosy cafés and authentic Italian cuisine.

The return journey takes you through Basel. Here, you have time for a short break and perhaps a coffee. Afterwards, you continue to Denmark by overnight train from Hamburg.

EC Togene

EuroCity (EC) er et netværk af internationale hurtigtog, der forbinder storbyer og regioner på tværs af Europa. EC-togene kører mellem lande som Tyskland, Schweiz, Østrig, Italien, Tjekkiet, Polen, Ungarn og flere andre, og er kendt for komfort, pålidelighed og stærke forbindelser mellem centrale destinationer.

Komfort og faciliteter

Klasser: 1. klasse (bredere sæder, mere benplads, roligere omgivelser og ofte ekstra service som gratis vand, kaffe eller snacks – afhænger af rute/operatør). 2. klasse (komfortable, polstrede sæder og adgang til strømudtag på de fleste tog).
Restaurant-/bistrovogn: De fleste EC-tog har mulighed for at købe varme retter, snacks og drikkevarer ombord.
Gratis wifi: På flere ruter.

NJ Nattog ÖBB

Sovevognene
I den nye Nightjet generation har alle sovekupeer eget toilet og Deluxe kupeerne har egen bruser, så slut med at rode rundt efter pladser på Deluxe kupeer for at få eget toilet. De er mere rummelige og bagageplads er nu indtænkt i hele rejseoplevelsen.

Alle senge har mulighed for strøm opladning af telefon og der er god stabil WLAN forbindelse i alle vogne.

Knapperne i kupeen er lettere at styre og håndtere, ligesom togenes air-condition til at regulere varme/kulde med fungerer bedre.

Der er naturligvis også morgenmad inkluderet i prisen, når man rejser I sovekupe.

Liggevognene

Liggevognene i de nye kupeer er også mere rummelige og i meget højere standard end hvad vi tidligere har oplevet på Europæiske nattog. Køjerne er god kvalitet og der er strømstik og USB stik ved hver køje.

Som med sovekupeerne, så er bagageplads også indtænkt i rejseoplevelsen, ligesom at der er WLAN forbindelse i alle kupeer. Der findes nu kun 4-personers kupeer og ikke længere 6-personers.

Det er virkelig blevet lækkert.

Det nye: Minikabiner

Den helt store nyhed i togene er mini kabinerne. Beregnet til rejsende, som egentlig bare ønsker at rejse i en seng, have WLAN forbindelse, bagageplads og ikke mindst privat liv.

Kabinerne er Japansk inspireret og har alle faciliteter til en god nats søvn.

Vi forhandler nattogene som en del af et samlet rejsearrangement inkl. hotel.
