Terms and Conditions

This is an English translation of our general terms and conditions for package travel. The Danish version is the governing text: in the event of any discrepancy between the Danish and the English version, the Danish version prevails. The Danish version is available at https://jeresferie.dk/rejsebetingelser-for-pakkerejser/.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PACKAGE TRAVEL

Jeresferie.dk ApS · valid from 14-09-2026

These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Jeresferie.dk ApS, CVR no. 35140840, which operates the brands Jeresferie.dk, Togrejser Europa, Skiferie Europa, Jeresskirejse.dk and Jeresstudietur.dk (hereinafter the organiser), and the traveller (hereinafter the traveller) who purchases a package.

The contract is concluded and performed in accordance with the Danish Package Travel Act (Act no. 1666 of 26 December 2017 on package travel and linked travel arrangements). Before the contract is concluded, the traveller receives the mandatory standard information and an information form, cf. section 6 of the Danish Package Travel Act, which among other things sets out the main characteristics of the package and the traveller’s rights.

1. Conclusion of the contract

1.1 Conclusion

A contract for the purchase of a package between the traveller and the organiser is concluded and binding on both parties when the traveller accepts the offer. It is a condition that the travel services which together make up a package are purchased at the same time.

The contract may be concluded in the following ways:

  • When booking online, the traveller accepts the offer by making payment on the organiser’s website. Before doing so, the traveller has, by ticking a “tick” box, received and accepted these general terms and conditions.
  • In the case of a written offer, the organiser sends the offer together with these general terms and conditions to the traveller. The traveller accepts the offer in writing before the deadline stated in the offer. If the traveller does not accept before the deadline, the organiser is no longer bound by the offer.
  • When visiting the organiser’s point of sale in person, the traveller accepts the offer by paying all or part of the price of the package. The traveller is given these general terms and conditions before payment.
  • In the case of an agreement by telephone, the organiser informs the traveller – before the traveller accepts – of the relevant terms of the contract and of where the traveller can find these general terms and conditions. The agreed terms and these general terms and conditions are sent to the traveller after the contract has been concluded by telephone.

The organiser may, by clearly informing the traveller, decide that the contract is only deemed to be concluded upon the traveller’s timely payment of the price of the trip or of a deposit as stated in the contract. Before that time, the traveller has received these general terms and conditions.

1.2 Contracting party and liability

The person who books and pays for the package is the organiser’s contracting party and is liable for payment — also if that person does not take part in the trip. The person making the booking warrants that the other travellers have received and accepted these general terms and conditions, and the person making the booking is the one the organiser contacts about changes, travel documents, price changes and cancellation.

Changes, transfer and cancellation can only be made through the person making the booking, and refunds are made to the person making the booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.3 Travel documents

After the contract has been concluded, the organiser sends the travel confirmation, order confirmation and invoice to the traveller without undue delay, and no later than 10 days after the contract has been concluded.

Train tickets, hotel vouchers, seat reservations and the final itinerary are sent before departure. The timing depends on when the individual suppliers release the tickets and will be stated in the organiser’s correspondence with the traveller. If the traveller has not received these documents no later than 14 days before departure, the traveller must contact the organiser immediately.

Travel documents and other correspondence between the traveller and the organiser, including but not limited to changes to the package, are sent to the postal address, email address or other form of contact that the traveller used when the contract was concluded. If the traveller has provided an email address, the traveller must check their spam filter before contacting the organiser about missing documents.

The traveller is obliged to provide the contact details necessary for the organiser to be able to contact the traveller both before and during the trip.

On receipt, the traveller is obliged to review the travel documents sent and to notify the organiser immediately if the information does not correspond to what was agreed.

2. Price and payment

2.1 Price

The price of the trip is a “total price”, which means that it includes all mandatory taxes and charges as well as all additional fees, costs and any supplements related to the services the traveller has purchased from the organiser.

The price of the trip includes a mandatory booking fee of DKK 100 per booking, which is added to the price of the travel services booked. The fee is charged once per booking regardless of the number of travellers and travel services and is shown separately in the offer and on the traveller’s invoice.

At the destinations, local fees, entrance fees, city and hotel taxes and charges may be levied which cannot be collected when the contract is concluded, as these payments relate directly to local rules or to the use of extra services beyond what is stated in the contract. These costs are paid by the traveller locally and are not included in the price of the trip.

The total price of the trip is stated on the traveller’s invoice. If changes are made to the specific trip or to its underlying conditions as a result of circumstances on the traveller’s side, this may mean that the price changes and that additional payment is charged.

2.2 Deposit and final payment

When booking a package, the traveller pays a deposit of 50% of the total price of the trip, with a minimum of DKK 2,500 per person, unless otherwise stated on the invoice. The deposit can never exceed the total price of the trip.

For group trips, the deposit is DKK 1,000 per person. For group trips by train or air, however, the deposit is a minimum of DKK 2,500 per person. This applies unless otherwise stated on the invoice.

The deposit must be received by the organiser no later than 2 working days after the traveller receives the invoice, unless otherwise stated on the invoice.

The balance must be received by the organiser no later than 60 days before departure, unless otherwise stated on the invoice. If the contract is concluded less than 60 days before departure, the total price of the trip is paid when the contract is concluded.

All payment deadlines are always stated on the invoice.

2.3 Payment methods

When booking online, payment is made with the credit cards accepted in the organiser’s booking system. For trips booked by telephone or email, payment is made by bank transfer or by credit card as instructed on the invoice.

2.4 Failure to pay

If the traveller fails to fulfil their part of the contract as regards payment, the organiser is entitled to cancel the contract. In such cases, the organiser is entitled to payment of the amount the traveller would forfeit under the rules in section 6.2 had the traveller cancelled the trip on the day of the missed payment.

3. Insurance

3.1 Travel insurance

The organiser always recommends that the traveller takes out travel insurance covering the traveller’s costs of assistance, including repatriation in the event of accident, illness or death.

The organiser does not arrange or sell travel insurance — the traveller is therefore responsible for taking out such insurance with an insurance company that the traveller contacts directly.

3.2 Cancellation insurance

Before the contract is concluded, the organiser informs the traveller of the option of, or obligation to, take out insurance covering the traveller’s costs if the contract is terminated (cancellation insurance), and of the terms of such insurance.

The traveller is responsible for taking out the recommended cancellation insurance.

If the traveller wishes to take out cancellation insurance through the organiser, the traveller must inform the organiser before the contract is finally concluded. In that connection, and in good time before the contract is concluded, the organiser provides the following information:

The organiser is an insurance intermediary for the insurance products mentioned. Contact details:

Jeresferie.dk ApS · Orionvej 2A · 7430 Ikast · tel. +45 32 17 73 44 · info@jeresferie.dk

  • The organiser arranges insurance on behalf of the non-life insurance company Gouda Rejseforsikring.
  • The price of cancellation insurance is 7% of the total price of the trip.
  • The organiser receives commission from the insurance company for arranging the cancellation insurance policies.
  • The organiser is listed in the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority’s (Finanstilsynet) register of undertakings that meet the conditions for registration to carry on ancillary insurance distribution. The register is public, and the traveller may contact the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority to check whether the organiser is listed in the register.
  • The non-life insurance company is covered by the Danish Guarantee Fund for Non-life Insurers (Garantifonden for skadesforsikringsselskaber).

The traveller may complain about the organiser as insurance intermediary by sending a complaint to the non-life insurance company that sells the insurance products. If a complaint cannot be resolved with the non-life insurance company, the traveller may bring the complaint before the Danish Insurance Complaints Board (Ankenævnet for Forsikring), Østergade 18, 2., 1100 København K, tel. +45 33 15 89 00, www.ankeforsikring.dk.

4. The traveller’s general obligations

4.1 Passport, visa and health formalities

The traveller must hold a valid passport with a minimum of six months’ validity at the end of the trip as well as the documents necessary for the trip, including visas and proof of required vaccinations.

When the contract is concluded, the organiser informs the traveller of passport and visa requirements, including the approximate time needed to obtain a visa. The organiser also informs the traveller of any health formalities such as vaccination requirements or similar, as well as other documents and matters necessary for the trip. Special rules on entry and exit apply to certain countries. Where this is the case, it will be stated in the contract.

The organiser’s information on passport and visa requirements is based on the rules for Danish citizens. If the traveller does not hold a Danish passport, or holds dual citizenship, the traveller must inform the organiser so that the traveller can receive the correct advice and guidance, including referral to the relevant authorities. See, among others, www.um.dk and www.ssi.dk.

4.2 Persons with reduced mobility

The organiser’s marketing material will state whether the trip is generally suitable for persons with reduced mobility. Before the contract is concluded, the traveller may also ask the organiser for precise information on the suitability of the trip for the traveller’s needs. Such a request requires that the traveller provides the organiser with all necessary and relevant information about their needs.

4.3 Names on travel documents

The traveller is responsible for ensuring that the names on travel documents and bookings are identical to the full name in the traveller’s passport. If the traveller becomes aware of discrepancies between the travel documents and the passport, the traveller must notify the organiser immediately, and the organiser will try to correct the error. If the discrepancy is due to circumstances on the traveller’s side, the traveller bears the costs. If changes are not possible, the traveller cannot hold the organiser liable.

4.4 Timely attendance

If the traveller cannot arrive in time for a booked travel service, the traveller must contact the supplier concerned and inform them of the late arrival. If the traveller does not reach a satisfactory solution with the supplier, the traveller must contact the organiser. If the traveller fails to contact the supplier and/or the organiser, the reservation will be cancelled by the supplier, and the traveller will not be able to use the reservation or have the payment for it refunded.

All times stated on tickets, in the itinerary and in other documents are local times.

The traveller must keep up to date on departure points and times for the included means of transport. This can be done, for example, by watching the information screens immediately on arrival at a station or airport and asking staff if in doubt about which platform, track, terminal or gate the train or plane departs from. Changes of platform, track, terminal and gate happen frequently and are beyond the organiser’s control. In such situations, the traveller cannot make claims against the organiser.

The traveller must keep informed of return times by checking in good time before the return journey whether any changes have been made or announced to the return time stated in the travel documents.

If flight tickets are included in the package, they must be used in the correct order. If the traveller does not use the tickets in the correct order, the airline will cancel the remaining flight segments. The traveller therefore cannot use only individual segments of a flight. The traveller must have completed any check-in in accordance with the times and places stated in the itinerary or otherwise clearly indicated.

The traveller is obliged to observe the stated check-in and check-out times at the hotel. The times vary from place to place and are usually stated in the travel documents. On arrival before the stated check-in time, the traveller cannot demand early check-in, unless otherwise agreed in advance with the organiser and the supplier.

4.5 Rules of conduct

The traveller must comply with the rules of conduct that apply to all of the package’s subcontractors, such as hotels, stations, airports, trains and other means of transport.

The traveller must behave in such a way that fellow travellers are not disturbed. In serious or repeated cases, inappropriate behaviour may lead to the traveller being excluded by the organiser or its representatives from further participation in the trip. In such cases, the traveller is responsible for their own return transport and the resulting costs. In the event of exclusion, the traveller is not entitled to any refund of the price of the package.

The organiser is not responsible for the exercise of public authority, including but not limited to police intervention against the traveller in connection with inappropriate behaviour. In such situations, the traveller is responsible for any costs incurred, and the traveller cannot make claims against the organiser and will not be entitled to a refund of the price of the package.

4.6 Non-compliance

If the traveller does not comply with the requirements regarding passports, visas, health formalities, other required documents, correct names on the travel documents and the review of these, the rules on timely attendance and the rules of conduct, the traveller cannot make claims against the organiser, the retailer or the subcontractor of the package for the consequences, defects, inconvenience or losses resulting from the non-compliance.

4.7 General information about train travel

Trips are usually put together using the cheapest ticket type available on the day. Sometimes these are ordinary train tickets, but they can also be Interrail passes. Each ticket type has its own rules and generally cannot be refunded once issued.

You are buying a package through Jeresferie.dk, which offers much better protection than an ordinary train ticket. A package is therefore, as a rule, not covered by the train operators’ own delay guarantees, if any.

Missing seat reservations or the absence of 1st class on a route, which is often because seats may be sold out or because the particular type of train does not run with 1st class at all, do not entitle the traveller to a price reduction.

5. Changes to the contract

5.1 Transfer of the package

The traveller may transfer the trip to another person against an administration fee of DKK 500 plus any costs imposed on the organiser by the package’s subcontractors as a result of the transfer. Notice of transfer must be given to the organiser on a durable medium no later than 7 days before the start of the trip. Notice after this time means that the traveller loses the right to transfer the package.

A transfer can only take place if the person to whom the package is transferred meets the necessary conditions and requirements for the trip stated by the organiser when the contract was concluded, including passport, visa and health requirements.

The organiser may restrict the right to transfer the package in whole or in part if the transfer is not possible due to the subcontractor’s terms. Restrictions on the right of transfer will always be clearly stated in the traveller’s travel documents.

In this connection, the traveller’s attention is drawn to the fact that the vast majority of train and flight tickets included in packages cannot be changed or refunded once booked (“non-refundable” tickets). The travel documents will state if the train or flight ticket or the other travel services cannot be changed or refunded. If the package includes such travel services, their price will be lost if the trip is to be changed after booking.

The transferor of the package and the person to whom the package has been transferred are jointly and severally liable for payment of any outstanding amounts and costs resulting from the transfer.

5.2 Price changes

After the contract has been concluded, the organiser may change the agreed price of the package if there are changes in:

  • the price of the carriage of passengers resulting from the cost of fuel or other power sources,
  • taxes, charges or fees on the travel services of the package imposed by a third party not directly involved in the performance of the package,
  • exchange rates relevant to the package.

These changes are calculated according to the examples below:

If part of the price of the package is settled in a currency other than DKK, this amount or its share of the total price will be stated on the invoice. Foreign currencies used to calculate the price of the package will be stated on the invoice, giving the currency, its exchange rate and the date on which the rate was fixed.

In the event of changes to the price of the trip, the organiser notifies the traveller of price increases and price reductions. The notification is given on a durable medium no later than 30 days before departure. The law allows notification up to 20 days before departure; the organiser has chosen to give notice earlier than the law requires.

The price can be increased by a maximum of 8% of the price of the package. If the increase is more than 8% of the price of the package, the traveller is entitled to terminate the contract.

If prices fall as a result of changes in the above factors, the traveller is entitled to a price reduction corresponding to the fall in price resulting from the changes. In that connection, the organiser is entitled to deduct the costs associated with the refund to the traveller.

5.3 Changes to the package by the traveller

If the traveller wishes to make changes to the package, the traveller must contact the organiser as soon as possible. If it is possible for the organiser to change the package, the traveller must pay the additional costs resulting from the changes. The organiser is not obliged to make changes to the package.

If the traveller wishes to make changes that the organiser cannot accommodate within the existing contract, the change – if the traveller maintains the request – will be treated as a cancellation of the package, cf. section 6.2, and a new booking.

5.4 Changes to the package by the organiser before the start of the package

5.4.1 Insignificant changes

Before the start of the package, the organiser is entitled, without liability, to make insignificant changes to the package without the traveller’s consent. The traveller is obliged to accept such changes if the organiser, before the start of the package and without undue delay, informs the traveller of the changes in a clear and comprehensible manner.

5.4.2 Other changes

If, before the start of the package, the organiser either

  • makes significant changes to the package,
  • cannot provide specific services that the traveller has requested and that the organiser has agreed to provide, or
  • increases the price of the trip by more than 8%,

the traveller has the following rights:

  • the traveller may terminate the contract and have the amounts paid for the trip refunded, or
  • the traveller may, if the organiser offers it, take part in a substitute package.

The organiser is obliged, without undue delay, to contact the traveller and inform them of the significant changes and of the effect, if any, they may have on the price of the package.

In its communication, the organiser sets a reasonable deadline by which the traveller must give notice of their decision, and also states that if the traveller does not meet this deadline, the traveller will be deemed to have accepted changes covered by section 5.4.2.

In certain situations, the traveller may be entitled to compensation if they have suffered a financial loss as a result of the above significant changes, unless this is due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.

6. Termination of the contract

6.1 Right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for the purchase of packages, cf. section 18(2)(1) and section 7(2)(5) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, which exclude passenger transport from the scope of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.

6.2 Cancellation of the package

6.2.1 Standard cancellation terms

The traveller may cancel the package before the start of the package under the standardised cancellation terms below, unless the organiser has stated in writing before the contract was concluded that cancellation will be subject to an individual calculation of the cancellation fee, corresponding to the price of the package less cost savings and any income from reselling the cancelled travel services. If cancellation is subject to an individual calculation, the contract documents will state which travel services, if any, are restricted by the organiser’s right of cancellation towards third parties.

  • Cancellation more than 60 days before departure: the cancellation fee corresponds to the deposit paid.
  • Cancellation 60 to 30 days before departure: the cancellation fee corresponds to 50% of the total price of the trip, with a minimum of the amount of the deposit.
  • Cancellation less than 30 days before departure: the cancellation fee is in all cases 100% of the total price of the trip.

The above terms apply unless otherwise specifically stated on the order confirmation.

6.2.2 Cancellation in the event of war etc.

The traveller may cancel a package before the start of the package without paying a fee if unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occur at the place of destination or its immediate vicinity which significantly affect the performance of the package or the carriage of passengers to the destination.

For the traveller to be able to cancel without paying a fee, the unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances in question must, on an objective assessment, make it impossible to travel safely to the destination, for example on the basis of guidance or statements from the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the health authorities etc. See www.um.dk and www.ssi.dk.

In the event of a fee-free cancellation, the traveller is entitled to a full refund of the price of the trip but is not entitled to additional compensation from the organiser.

The right to cancel free of charge does not apply if the traveller knew or ought to have known of the event in question when the contract was concluded, or if the event was otherwise generally known.

If the traveller cannot cancel free of charge under the above, the general cancellation rules apply, cf. section 6.2.1.

For tours, the traveller is only entitled to cancel the part of the package that takes place in the area advised against. If this part constitutes a significant part of the package, however, the traveller is entitled to cancel the trip in full.

6.2.3 Time of refund and calculation of the cancellation fee

Amounts under sections 6.2.1 and 6.2.2 must be refunded no later than 14 days after the traveller’s cancellation of the package, and the fee for an individual cancellation is therefore also calculated no later than at that time, taking into account the possibility of reselling the cancelled travel services.

6.3 Termination by the organiser

6.3.1 Termination due to insufficient participants

If the trip requires a certain minimum number of participants, this will be stated in the organiser’s marketing material or elsewhere in the contract documents. It will also state the minimum number of participants or the minimum occupancy rate required for the trip to go ahead, and the latest time before the start of the trip by which this number must be reached.

If the necessary number of participants is not reached by the stated time, the organiser may terminate the package travel contract without liability. The organiser notifies the traveller of the termination within the period stated in the contract, but no later than:

  • 20 days before the start of the package, in the case of trips lasting more than six days,
  • 7 days before the start of the package, in the case of trips lasting between two and six days, or
  • 48 hours before the start of the package, in the case of trips lasting less than two days.

6.3.2 Termination due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances

The organiser may also terminate a package travel contract without liability if the organiser is prevented from performing the contract because of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, and the organiser notifies the traveller of the termination without undue delay and before the start of the package.

In the above termination situations, the traveller will have the amounts paid for the trip refunded no later than 14 days after the termination, and the traveller will not be entitled to compensation.

7. Assistance from the organiser during the trip

If the traveller is in difficulty during the trip, the organiser provides appropriate assistance without undue delay. The assistance includes, among other things, relevant information on health services, local authorities and consular assistance, as well as help with distance communications and finding alternative travel arrangements.

The organiser may charge a reasonable fee for the assistance if the difficulty is caused by the traveller’s intentional or negligent conduct. The fee does not exceed the organiser’s actual costs.

Throughout the trip, the traveller can contact the organiser on the emergency telephone below, which is staffed around the clock:

Telephone +45 32 17 73 44 · info@jeresferie.dk

8. Lack of conformity and complaints

If a lack of conformity is discovered after the start of the trip – during the journey or at the destination – the traveller must complain about it immediately after discovering it to the organiser, its representative at the destination or the subcontractor concerned.

If the organiser’s representative or subcontractor cannot or will not remedy the problem, or in the traveller’s opinion does not remedy it satisfactorily, the traveller must complain directly to the organiser.

The traveller must ensure that the complaint is recorded by the organiser’s representatives and/or subcontractors on site – for example by a note in a hotel register or in another written form. In addition, the traveller should make sure to obtain a receipt for the complaint.

If the traveller fails to complain as described above, this will affect the traveller’s right to rely on the lack of conformity afterwards and to obtain compensation.

9. Limitations of the organiser’s liability

The carriers are directly responsible for the proper performance of the transport. For trips that include air transport, the Warsaw and Montreal Conventions, EU Regulations 889/2002 and 261/2004 and the Danish Air Navigation Act apply. For train travel, the COTIF Convention (CIV) and EU Regulation 2021/782 on rail passengers’ rights and obligations apply. For coach travel, EU Regulation 181/2011 applies.

The organiser limits its liability to the limits in force at any time under the Warsaw and Montreal Conventions (carriage by air), the Athens Convention and EU Regulation 392/2009 (carriage by sea) and the COTIF Convention (CIV) and EU Regulation 2021/782 (carriage by rail). The organiser’s liability therefore cannot exceed the amount that applies to the carriers who are directly responsible for the carriage.

The current SDR rate (XDR) is available at www.nationalbanken.dk.

The limits on maximum compensation under the Warsaw and Montreal Conventions are:

  • For death or injury of passengers: 151,880 SDR – if the airline can prove that it did not act negligently or improperly, or if the incident was caused by the negligent or improper conduct of a third party.
  • For damage caused by delay in the carriage of persons: 6,303 SDR.
  • For destruction, loss, damage or delay of baggage: 1,519 SDR.

The limits on maximum compensation under the Athens Convention and EU Regulation 392/2009 are:

  • For death or injury of passengers: 250,000 SDR to 400,000 SDR – depending on the cause of the injury and the carrier’s fault.
  • For destruction, loss or damage of cabin luggage: 2,250 SDR.
  • For destruction, loss or damage of vehicles, including luggage in or on the vehicle: 12,700 SDR – the carrier is only liable for damage caused by its own fault.
  • For destruction, loss or damage of luggage other than cabin luggage and vehicles: 3,375 SDR.

So-called “valuables” are not compensated under these rules.

The limits on maximum compensation under the COTIF Convention (CIV) and EU Regulation 2021/782 are:

  • For death and injury of passengers: 175,000 SDR.
  • For loss of or damage to articles: 1,400 SDR.
  • For total or partial loss of a vehicle: 8,000 SDR.
  • For damage to articles left in the vehicle: 1,400 SDR – the carrier is only liable for damage caused by its own fault.

As regards coach transport, the limits for death or injury and for loss of or damage to luggage follow from EU Regulation 181/2011 of 16 February 2011 concerning the rights of passengers in bus and coach transport.

If the carrier’s liability is not limited by other EU legislation or international conventions, the organiser limits its liability to three times the total price of the package.

10. Claims after the end of the trip

Claims for damages and/or a proportionate price reduction – as a result of a lack of conformity that has been properly complained about and has not been remedied by the organiser – must be made to the organiser within a reasonable time after the end of the trip. As a guideline, the claim should be made no later than 3 months after returning home. Otherwise, the traveller loses the right to make claims against the organiser.

The traveller can complain to Jeresferie.dk ApS at info@jeresferie.dk.

11. Right of set-off when paying damages and/or compensation

When sending their complaint to the organiser, the traveller must state whether the traveller has also applied for damages or compensation from the carrier under EU regulations on passenger rights and liability in passenger transport and under the international conventions that also govern this matter.

If the traveller has received damages and/or compensation from the carrier, the organiser is entitled to set off damages and/or compensation under the Danish Act on package travel and linked travel arrangements against the damages and/or compensation that the traveller has received from the carrier.

12. Jurisdiction and governing law

If agreement on a claim and/or amount etc. cannot be reached by complaining to the organiser or the retailer, the traveller may bring the complaint before the Danish Package Travel Complaints Board (Pakkerejse-Ankenævnet), Haldor Topsøes Allé 1, st., bygning 91, 2800 Kgs. Lyngby. The website of the Package Travel Complaints Board is www.pakkerejseankenaevnet.dk.

As a member of REJS – Travel Industry Denmark, the organiser is obliged to comply with decisions of the Package Travel Complaints Board, unless the association’s board grants an exemption from this requirement because the decision is to be brought before a Danish court, cf. the association’s articles of association.

All disputes and disagreements arising from or in connection with the formation and/or performance of a contract which cannot be resolved between the parties themselves or by the Package Travel Complaints Board must – if the parties wish to bring the matter – be brought before the Danish national courts for final decision and will be governed by Danish law, unless otherwise provided by Regulation 1215/2012 and the Rome Convention of 1980.

13. Guarantee with the Danish Travel Guarantee Fund

In the event of bankruptcy, the organiser has provided a guarantee for the refund of the traveller’s payments with:

Rejsegarantifonden (the Danish Travel Guarantee Fund, guarantee no. 2457) · Haldor Topsøes Allé 1, st., bygning 91 · 2800 Kgs. Lyngby · www.rejsegarantifonden.dk

We reserve the right to correct printing errors in catalogues, price lists and on the website.
