From overnight trains through the Alps to Rome’s historic wonders, the trip offers a balance of relaxation and adventure.

The journey begins with a train from Denmark to Hamburg, where you change to the overnight train to Innsbruck. You spend the night in a comfortable sleeping compartment and wake up to spectacular Alpine views. The journey continues through the scenic Brenner Pass before arriving in Rome.

In Rome, you have three days to explore the city’s many highlights. Visit the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Pantheon, or take a trip to the Vatican to see St. Peter’s Basilica and the Sistine Chapel. Discover the charming streets of Trastevere, enjoy Italian cuisine in local trattorias, and experience the lively atmosphere of Piazza Navona.

The return journey starts with a train from Rome to Basel, where you can take a short break and enjoy Swiss city life before continuing by overnight train to Hamburg and onward to Denmark.

SJ Togene – Nattog

Nightjet (NJ) er ÖBB’s netværk af nattog, der forbinder centraleuropæiske storbyer som Wien, München, Zürich, Hamborg, Berlin, Nightjet-togene kører natten over og giver dig mulighed for at rejse lange afstande komfortabelt, mens du sover – perfekt for både eventyrlystne og forretningsrejsende.

Tre komfortniveauer:
- Siddevogn (2. klasse): Polstrede sæder, der kan lægges lidt tilbage – budgetvenligt valg til kortere strækninger.

Frecciarossa – Italiens højhastighedstog

Frecciarossa er Trenitalias flagskib inden for højhastighedstog og forbinder Italiens største byer som Milano, Rom, Firenze, Napoli, Torino og Venedig. Toget kører op til 300 km/t og er kendt for sin moderne komfort, hurtige forbindelser og elegante design.

Komfort og faciliteter

Klasser: Standard, Premium, Business og Executive med forskellig komfort og service.
Faciliteter: Komfortable polstrede sæder, gratis wifi, strømudtag og barvogn.
Premium og Business: Ekstra benplads, velkomstsnack, roligere omgivelser, roomservice og loungeadgang.

NJ Nattog ÖBB

Sovevognene
I den nye Nightjet generation har alle sovekupeer eget toilet og Deluxe kupeerne har egen bruser, så slut med at rode rundt efter pladser på Deluxe kupeer for at få eget toilet. De er mere rummelige og bagageplads er nu indtænkt i hele rejseoplevelsen.

Alle senge har mulighed for strøm opladning af telefon og der er god stabil WLAN forbindelse i alle vogne.

Knapperne i kupeen er lettere at styre og håndtere, ligesom togenes air-condition til at regulere varme/kulde med fungerer bedre.

Der er naturligvis også morgenmad inkluderet i prisen, når man rejser I sovekupe.

Liggevognene

Liggevognene i de nye kupeer er også mere rummelige og i meget højere standard end hvad vi tidligere har oplevet på Europæiske nattog. Køjerne er god kvalitet og der er strømstik og USB stik ved hver køje.

Som med sovekupeerne, så er bagageplads også indtænkt i rejseoplevelsen, ligesom at der er WLAN forbindelse i alle kupeer. Der findes nu kun 4-personers kupeer og ikke længere 6-personers.

Det er virkelig blevet lækkert.

Det nye: Minikabiner

Den helt store nyhed i togene er mini kabinerne. Beregnet til rejsende, som egentlig bare ønsker at rejse i en seng, have WLAN forbindelse, bagageplads og ikke mindst privat liv.

Kabinerne er Japansk inspireret og har alle faciliteter til en god nats søvn.

Vi forhandler nattogene som en del af et samlet rejsearrangement inkl. hotel.

Railjet ÖBB – Højhastighedstog i Østrig og Centraleuropa

Railjet er ÖBB’s flagskibstog og forbinder Østrigs største byer samt internationale destinationer som München, Zürich, Budapest og Prag.
